Bottom Hole Circulating Temperature (BHCT)

【Product Applications】The main function of the oil well cement early strength agent is to accelerate cement hydration, promote early strength development, enhance early slurry strength, stabilize the cement slurry structure, reduce volume shrinkage of set cement, and improve the bonding effectiveness between cement and formation. Specifically, the agent alters ion concentrations during cement hydration, accelerating the dissolution of cement components and promoting the reaction of C₃S, C₃A and the formation of ettringite, thereby densifying the cement structure and achieving early strength or accelerated setting. Early strength agents are suitable for low-density and medium-low temperature cement slurry systems, activating the reactivity of inert materials, enhancing early compressive strength, reducing cement shrinkage and improving overall slurry performance.

【Product Characteristics】The product is primarily composed of organic salts. The recommended dosage is 1.5%–4.0% (by weight of cement, BWOC). With an applicable temperature range from 28℃ to 110℃, it is suitable for both conventional and low-density cements. It is applicable to fly ash low-density cement, standard oil well cement, and microsphere-based low-density cement slurry systems. It can be used in both dry-blending or wet-blending applications.

【Product Packaging】25 kg/bag, packed in moisture-proof kraft paper bags with triple-layer composite structure.
